Unable to receive Item through Field service manager Portal
Getting the following error trying to receive Item through Field service manager Portal.
ERROR

Serial number cannot be null. Please enter the Serial number
ISSUE SCOPE
---------------------
Issue is specific to item which is is not serialized in Source Org i.e., U03 and is “Serialized at Sales order issue” in Destination org
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Field service manager ,responsibility
3. Create a Part Requirement and Sales Order for item which is non serial controlled at source
and at sales order issue at destination
4.Go to Inbound Reservations and Orders page.
5.Try to receive the item
Observe the above error
