In the award document in CLM, the clause always comes across as an IBR, but when a CO reviews and prints it, it is incorporated as a non-standard clause with full text. Request to add/modify capabilities in CLM to provide the following functionality.
o Since IBR cannot be changed at the document level, when the clause is created with IBR in the library, allow full text of the clause to print on a document showing the proper format for inclusion, including the clause # and its name,
o Create hyperlinks to the actual clauses based on prompts when 'IBR' is shown in the award document.
