IRCNLINS.SQL Fail While Running Mantain Multi-lingual Tables (Doc ID 2687740.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run maintain multi-lingual tables by adadmin, the following error occurs on the file "IRCNLINS.sql".

LANGUAGE=INDONESIAN
PACKAGE=IRC_IPT_SHD
SQLERRM=ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE

select to_date('ERROR')
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  attempt to run adadmin maintain multi-lingual tables.

  2.  Above error occurs on the file "IRCNLINS.sql"
