Symptoms

Created an instance of E-Business Suite from an image 12.2.9 DEMO.
Oracle-E-Business-Suite-Vision-Image. When trying to connect to PDB it gives error.

SQL> sqlplus '/ as sysdba'

SQL> show pdbs

SQL> alter session set container=xxxPDB;

ORA-65011: Pluggable database does not exist
