When attempting to run PRC: Summarize Unbilled Receivables/Unearned Revenue Balances Process, the following error occurs.

From the debug log, getting following error "Exception-2=ORA-20120: Currency Conversion Rate Not Defined In The System"
Steps to Reproduce the Issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects Responsibility
2. Navigate to View-> Request-> Submit-> PRC: Summarize Unbilled Receivables/Unearned Revenue Balances Process
3. Verify if project invoices and revenues are successfully balanced
