How to Migrate from Endeca R12.1.3 to Oracle ECC R12.2.9? (Doc ID 2691112.1)

Goal

Upgrading to Oracle R12.2.9 which will have ECC feature.
Endeca Version  is R12.1.3.
Have the related data on ECC dashboard do we have to additionally Import data from Endeca to ECC.
Please help with the process.
