On : 12.2.7 version, Requisition

Unable to “Review and Implement” requisition amendment when award is in “Rejected” status


ERROR

"Order for selected lines has been approved, please create a modification to the order and retry."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS > CLM Responsibility
2. Go to Award > Query Award
3. Action - Review and Implement
4. Error is displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process document.
