Oracle add-on menu for WEB ADI is disappeared after upgrading to Windows 10 with Office Pro Plus

The customer is using Batch Element Entry(BEE) process through WEB ADI to load payroll element entries. The customers's workstations OS is upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 (with Office Pro Plus ) .

Post this up-gradation, Oracle menu is disappeared from WEB ADI spreadsheet.
