On : 12.2.8 version, Service Authoring
After applicatin of Patch 31164419:R12.OKS.C the following issue occured in HTML Contracts.
When the Date Format in Preferences is changed to (mm-dd-yyyy), this issue ocurs. When creating the Service
Agreement in HTML, on attempting to select a pricelist the exception errors shown below are thrown.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your
System Administrator for assistance. Click Here for exception details
Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException:
oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement
preparation.

java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where
a numeric was expected
Due to this issue, users cannot effectively manage the contracts as pricelist cannot be selected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Service Contracts (R)
Contract Administration (N)
Contract Search(N)
Search for and Open the Contracts in HTML - from Controls tab attempt to select
a price list when the error is thrown
