R12 Order Level Freight Term Substitution Modifier Is Not Applied When It Has a Line Level Qualifier (Doc ID 2693892.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that order level freight term substitution ( TSN ) modifier is not being applied.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Order level modifier should be applied



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order header and shippable order line. Save.
    Find order level freight charge is not applied.

 

Changes

 The following patches have been recently applied:

Has set the following profile options to Yes at Site level:
  OM: Allow Standard ATO Items as PTO/Kit Included Components = Yes
  OM: Schedule ATO Item Without BOM = Yes
  BOM: Allow ATO items in a KIT or as mandatory in a PTO Model = Yes
