ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

a) REPORTING_CODE_DESCRIPTION is null in APPS schema in table
JAI_REPORTING_CODES
b) TAX_CATEGORY_ID is null in table JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TAXES/ JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TRXS
