Following error occurs after performing a search in iProcurement pages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to iProcurement  responsibility and execute any search that will error

2. Open the page the refinement part of the page is shown an error:
"Error loading guided discovery". After selecting the dataset iProcurement catalog and performing a search we get back an error which is saying "Bad request".

 Upgraded from Enterprise Command Center Framework (ECC) V3 to ECC V4.
