Symptoms
When attempting to extend the SitesVO and add some extra columns, the following
error message is encountered:
ERROR
Each row in the Query Result Columns must be mapped to a unique Query Attribute in the Mapped Entity Columns
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to extend the SitesVO and the error is shown.
