Symptoms

Person is Terminated
Actual and Last Standard Process Dates are filled in.

Final Process Date (FPD) is NOT filled in.

Ex-Employee goes through Applicant process
Applicant
Accepted
Hired

There is no warning or error that you cannot rehire an Ex-Employee without an FPD being filled in.

This results in Multiple Active Primary Assignments.
Different error indications are then presented upon making changes to the person.
