Symptoms

 Unable to open Purchase Order and Purchase Orders Summary forms

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using a Purchasing responsibility
  2. From menu choose Purchase Orders to open the form
  3. The form does not get open, no error occurs, just that form does not come-up
