iProc Need By Date Includes BWC Lead Time when SOURCE_TYPE_CODE is INVENTORY (Doc ID 2697345.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 06, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.2.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iProc need by date includes BWC lead time for items sourced from local depot stock.

If an item that is stocked in one of our local depots is ordered in iProc for local delivery the lead time from the BWC blanket (that is used for ordering the item into to the depot itself) is added into the iproc need by date by default.
This pushes out the need by date well past the default need by date of 7 days is held in the preparers iProc preferences

iProcurement should not add in the Blanket Agreement (BPA) supplier lead time for an item on Internal Requisitions when the requisition line SOURCE_TYPE_CODE is INVENTORY as the item will not be sourced using the supplier Blanket Agreement.
