Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Sales Order lines are stuck in Fulfilled Status not closed status. Invoice also generated but the order line never progresses to closed status.

Expected Behavior
Expected the order line to progress to closure after the order had been fulfilled and successfully invoiced.

Steps

Issue cannot be reproduced at will.
