Symptoms
Post database 19c Upgrade - Oracle E-Business Suite trace name mismatch.
When enabling tracing on a form, the popup note screen will show a file name including pluggable database name in trace file name: <PBD>_ora_9600_sysadmin.trc
Then, when listing trace file generated in the filesystem, the file name is different in contains the Container database name instead of the <PDB>: <CDB>_ora_9600_sysadmin.trc
