On : 12.1.2 version, Journal Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Journal submitted for approval is going to ANONYMOUS user for approval

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journal must go to correct approver as per the setup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals > Enter
3. Query/Enter journal and click on approve

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete approvals and post balances
