Order headers are stuck at Offer Expired Notification Activity and Lines stuck in OFFER_EXPIRED.
OFFER_EXPIRATION_PROCESS:OFFER_EXPIRED_NTF

Action Required: OM Error in Workflow Order Type:.
Quote is not a valid role or user name.

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Open Order
3) Progress order / progress line from actions menu.
