The Goal of this article is to assist with the Setup and Troubleshooting of common issues seen in Support for Mobile Web Applications (MWA).
All of the below principles will apply to 11i. For issues related to R12 and MWA, refer to <Note 782162.1> MWA Troubleshooting Tips for Release 12.
Prod ID 995 MWA Support is under ATG and handles the Core MWA Server Configuration issues. Functional type issues are handled by the specific product teams.
