PAXPREPR: How Can Project Status Be Changed Back From Canceled/Closed Status? (Doc ID 2700412.1)

Goal

A Project had the status changed to Canceled/Closed by mistake. The Change Status button does not provide a way to return the Project to the previous status.

How can the status be changed back to an Unapproved status to continue using the Project?
