How does one Default Sales Order Line Pricing Date to be Equal to Actual Shipment Date (Doc ID 2700670.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.9 version, Transaction Entry

We have a requirement to have the pricing date to be equal to actual shipment date.
We used defaulting rule to map this requirement but post shipment, pricing date is always blank.
