Goal

This is the Vision Demo Note for 12.2.10 Instance.

CLM now provides the ability to define or update the document style, user can select specific operating unit or retain the document style applicable for all Operating Units

Business Requirements Ability to restrict document style based on OU while creating award or IDV
User Story As a contracting officer, I want to see the document styles related to my OU's so that I don't see and select document styles related to other OU's and I can avoid mistakes
Solution Overview While defining or updating the document style, user can select specific operating unit or retain the document style applicable for all OU's

Component Impact/Change
Purchasing Setup / Document Style New options:
1. Operating Unit
2. All OUs are provided to associate OU with Document style
Demand Workbench The document styles that applicable based on OU selected (before adding req to document Builder ) will be available for selection
Create Award The document styles will be displayed based on the multi-org Access Control (MOAC) for the user
Create IDV The document styles will be displayed based on the multi-org Access Control (MOAC) for the user
