Submit Concurrent Request Form Hangs for Request Sets when called from a Form Function (Doc ID 2702978.1)

Submit Concurrent Request form (FNDRSRUN.fmb) is hanging when opened from a Form Function for Request Sets submission.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Find a function with Request Set as parameter
Under Form Functions, enter Query mode (F11); under Form tab, fill in "Run Reports" in Form, %REQUEST_SET% in Parameters and hit Find (CTRL+F11).
Go to Description tab, pick one Function (Eg. "Populate ACE Interface")
Find any Menu and add this function to it
Using any responsibility which contains the above Menu, open the Submit Requests form from the associated function
Click "Submit" or "Cancel" button and the form will get stuck. User would have to forcefully Close the session or Sign Out
