Symptoms

Running Create Accounting there are several receipt events show error

ERROR

Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account.  Please check the intercompany balancing rules setup.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete accounting for items.
