Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When attempting to run FPS program, the following error occurs for one employee:

 

ORA-20001: An error encountered was - ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS)
2. Check in assignment process results or process output
