Unable To Approve Blanket Release When Blanket Purchase Agreement Approval Status Is In Process (Doc ID 2706389.1)

When a Blanket release is submitted for approval, it is not getting approved if the associated Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) is not in approved status.

When approving the release, the approver gets the following notification:
 Error: Purchase agreement is not approved
 Please, fix the problem and try approving again from this notification or send the document back to the preparer.
