Symptoms
Users are creating a new Award in the Awards screen, on the Address and Supplier Details tab - if any action is chosen from the pulldown prompting a save a Java Nullpointer error occurs:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Begin to create a new Award
- Navigate to Address and Suppliers Details Tab
- In the pulldown menu for Action -select any Action (ex: Validate Document) and click “Go”
- Popup asks to Save. Click “Yes”
- Error received
