Step to Reproduce
1.  2019-04 *** Addition

    Cost                       : 10000
    YTD Depreciation           : 0
    Accumulated Depreciation   : 3000
    Date in Service            : 01-APR-2018
    Depreciation Method        : STL (24 months)
    Salvage Value              : 0
    Depreciation Limit Amount  : 1
    Depreciate Flag            : Yes

2.  2019-09 *** Transfer with Changing Depreciation Expense Account

    (From)    10.100.10.E2005.1000
    (To)      20.200.20.E2003.2000

3.  2019-09 *** Run Depreciation WITHOUT closing the period (= temporary close)


4.  2019-09 *** Run "Reserve Detail Report" with Period from 2019-04 to 2019-09

Current behavior
Reserve Detail Report incorrectly shows 6,000 in 'Additions' column.  It should be 3,000 since this asset was added with Accumulated Depreciation being 3,000.
