On Relase: 12.2.9 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Contractor Requisition 'Note To Buyer' field entry disappear after submitted for approval

Users raise Contractor Requisition, enters text in 'Note To Buyer'. But after the Requisition is submitted for approval, the text in ‘Note To Buyer’ disappears.

This issue occurs only with Contractor Requisitions.
