ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Supply Chain Cost Rollup process is not rolling up the item cost correctly.
It is not rolling up the Bill of Material component costs.
The cost rollup report is showing extended item cost as zero which is also
incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the item cost is correctly calculated and
the report shows that information on the output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1) Define Finished Good Item and Raw Material components
  2) Define Finished Good Item, Bill of Materials and Flow Routing
  3) Define the Item Cost for Raw Material components
  4) Launch Supply Chain Cost Rollup
