Symptoms

 On : 12.1.3 version, Replenish

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Replenishment count for an Item does not release any requisitions.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------
Replenishment count for an Item should create the requisitions.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to counting-->Replenishment counts-->Counts
3. Create header and lines
4.Click on process and report
5.Run requisition import
6.observe that no requisitions are created
