STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-  After approval – publish RFQ
2 - Search for RFQ Number
3 - Click on RFQ Number
4 - From RFQ action drop down list choose View Approval History
5 - Press Go
6 - Error appeared
