Symptoms

When an Absence is updated using Self Service outside the payroll period, the
system is showing the unexpected error message.

ERROR
========
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: HR_6744_ABS_DET_ENTRY_PERIOD: N, PERIOD_FROM, 01-SEP-2020, N, PERIOD_TO, 30-SEP-2020


STEPS
========
1. Create an absence type with an absence element that is non recurring.
2. Create an absence with the above created absence type for and employee and approve the same.
3. Login as the employee and try to update the absence start date to a date that moves into the previous payroll period.
