Not Able To Edit A Shopping Cart If It Contains More Than 10 Items from I.E. (Doc ID 2710125.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to edit a shopping cart if it contains more than 10 items

In iProcurement, when a user adds more then 10 items to a shopping cart, and clicks on an Edit button, the Edit page is not loading and it keeps spinning.

This issue happens in Internet Explorer and Avant Browsers
Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft edge is loading fine when click the Edit button and are able to Proceed further.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement Responsibility using IE.
2. Add a non-catalog item into the Shopping Cart.
3. During the checkout, click on the edit button.
4. The page shows "Processing" and is stuck there.
