On : 12.2.4 version, OTL retrieval process

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rejected timecard hours transfered to Expenditure

A timecard was rejected but its hours were still transferred to expenditure and costed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When timecard is rejected in OTL then should not be shown in Projects
