Symptoms

When trying to close the period in Projects, the following error is encountered: PA_GL_PERIOD_PEND_MFG

Manufacturing Exceptions are listed in the Transaction Exception Details output:

 Exception Reason Pmg The Cost Collector has not processed
  this transaction. It will be processed
  when the Cost Collector program is run  for the organization
