Symptoms

When user is attempting to access the Asset Capitalization Dashboard
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Asset Capitalization Dashboard is applicable only for Capital Projects


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project Self Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Project
3. Query a specific project
4. Go to Financial tab > Asset Capitalization
