Salesrep Names Do Not Synch With Resource Name When Resource Name Is Updated (Doc ID 271227.1)

Symptoms

When an existing resource name is changed you notice salesrep name is not updated but changes to the employee name(Synchronize Employees program has not been run).

How can the resource name and the salesrep name to always be the same without setting the Synchronize Employees' concurrent program parameter, 'Overwrite Resource Name' to YES ?

Navigate>CRM Administrator responsibility>Resource Manager>Maintain resource>resources
query a resource>click resource details button>change the name> save

Navigate>OIC>query salesrep and notice salesrep does not change to the updated name from resource define form.
