Symptoms

When attempting to create a return order with a line that references a line from an invoice,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Line_Adj_Util Procedure Query_Rows

Error(s) occurred in Oracle Pricing Routine
QP_PREQ_PUB Calculate_price ORA-01400 cannot insert NULL into (
“QP”.”QP_PREQ_LINE_ATTRS_TMP_T”.”VALUE_FROM”)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Create order header
4. Create line by referencing the original order's invoice.
5. Save

WORKAROUND
-----------------------
Create new order copying issue order (12193887 ) save, and then provide invoice reference in returns tab and you can book order
