Getting Error 'oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException' When Clicking On " View Recently Created Service Orders" Page (Doc ID 2712494.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

When attempting to Create Service Orders Page via Oracle Depot Report, there is a
"View Recently Created Service Orders" button. When the user clicks on that
button, it gives the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator
for assistance. Click 'here' for exceptions details.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.csd.ro.update.server.RepairOrdersAM'.
## Detail 0 ##
oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/csd/ro/update/webui/RepairOrdersPG, XML Path = {1}.
Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.
