ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There is a mismatch in count displayed in Pending Receiving Transactions section of Period Close Pending Transactions Form vs Pending Receiving Transaction details on Period Close Pending Transactions. Transaction Statuses Form causes confusion to Business.

Count of Pending Receiving Transactions on Period Close Pending Transactions Form = 2
Count of Pending Receiving Transactions on Period Close Pending Transactions - Transaction Statuses Form = 0
Count of Pending Receiving Transactions on Period Close Pending Transaction Report Output = 2

On select Ctrl +F11 on Transaction Statuses Form shows 2 records

per observation the count displayed in Pending Transactions Form considering records with Processing Status "WSH Interfaced" and "Interfaced" but
Transaction Statuses Form not showing those records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ideally the Pending Receiving Transactions with Processing Status as "WSH Interfaced" should not be considered in the count displayed in Period Close Pending Transactions Form since it's not an actual period close exception item. These transaction does not gets displayed when Transaction Statuses Form is opened & can be accessed only using F11 query mode.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into applications, navigate to Inventory
2. Review the pending Receiving Transactions from Inventory Accounting Periods form
