ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transactions are posted to GL but data is not visible in View Expenditure Accounting-Option in Tools.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions which are posted to GL should be visible in View Expenditure Accounting-Option in Tools.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Projects responsibility >Expenditures Inquiry> search the transaction > go in Tools > View Accounting
2. No data is displayed
