Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that call to API Oe_order_pub.process_order for order creation is taking around 12 min for an order with 15 lines.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected completion time is at the maximum of 3 minutes
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run custom wrapper code which calls API oe_order_pub.process_order to create sales order
