How can we obtain the impacts as follows for changing the setup for profile option QP_QUALIFY_SECONDARY_PRICE_LISTS
as such, that one can now set a value at organization level? To do so, had to update the profile option HIERARCHY TYPE from SECURITY to ORGANIZATION

1) Is changing this profile option at Organization level supported? Does it break any support agreement?
2) Are there any known negative effects?
3) Why did Oracle seed it to NOT be updatable at the Organization level?
