LOV For Ledger Is Empty When Running AR:Open/Close Accounting Period As A Concurrent Program (Doc ID 2714039.1)

Symptoms


When running the AR:Open/Close Accounting Period as a concurrent program, the LOV for Ledger is empty and it shows the below message:

'No entries found for List of Values'


Patch 30107591 is already applied as recommended in Doc ID 2652256.1.  However, even after patch application the LOV for Ledger does not retrieve values.
