Unable to load data in ECC command center. below error is seen from log fe

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ont-lines for job 25,308 ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

1. Run Metadata Load concurrent program
2. ECC Full Load
