While updating Complex Purchase Orders in Buyer Work Center (BWC) , below error occurs:

ERROR
po.plsql.PO_VALIDATIONS.VALIDATE_SET.-110: C_COMPLEX_PENDING_WC_EXISTS
Cause: A SQL Error has occurred in po.plsql.PO_VALIDATIONS.VALIDATE_SET.
The SQL error is ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than the request amount of rows.
Action: Take a note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Access the Buyer Work Center --> Orders Tab
3. Update any Purchase order
4. Find that the above error appears.
