Symptoms

Getting Unexpected error occurred during autocreate in BWC. This is happening when the requisition has multiple lines for the same
 catalog item and different destination types (Inventory and Expense).

FND Log shows the message PO_LINES_DRAFT_PKG..MERGE_CHANGES.10 ORA-00001 PO_LINES_U2
